Dealer Development Analyst

The Dealer Development Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and preparation of market data, including data related to sales programs and related activities that support the development and growth of the Kuhn North America dealer network in the US and Canada.

Serve as Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Reporter for KUHN.
Coordinate, review and analyze data submission to AEM and upload AEM data to KNA database systems for distribution to authorized personnel.
Procure additional data from the iSTAT system as requested by various departments.
Perform duties of AEM product specialist for assigned categories.
Notify AEM of changes to eligible product lines and models utilizing the iSTAT system.
Attend AESC meetings and participate on task forces and committees as needed.
Work with Dealer Development and IT managers to determine how AEM data may be utilized in plans and reports to better serve sales management.
Coordinate sales program (retail & order) tracking and statistics with team members from Sales Support, Accounting, and Dealer Development.
Set up program codes in CDM.
Summarize and analyze program participation and provide reports to management and field personnel as requested.
Maintain USDA and NASS tools for the company.
Attend meetings as needed (remotely).
Maintain Crop Progress Reports and commodity price information and graphs.
Coordinate dealer network statistics.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the composition of the dealer network, collections, and sales.
Research competitive dealer networks for KNA comparison upon request.
Leverage potential sales through active utilization of KNA s Customer Relations Management (CRM) database, including implementation of a post-purchase customer survey program.
Develop and maintain a quarterly report summarizing activity of the post-purchase customer survey program (i.
e.
:
quantity mailed, response rate, future purchase intent and other statistics regarding data from replies).
Work with Dealer Development manager to complete the annual Dealer Qualification process, including communication of qualification, documentation of results, and tracking of follow up steps.
Coordinate the annual dealer sales award program (summarize dealer collections, order, and distribute awards, develop award letter, etc.
) and other dealer related projects or activities as assigned.
Lead survey and research projects for dealer development purposes.
Responsibilities may include designing and conducting surveys, interviewing individuals, designing databases, analysis, and reporting as required.
Compose, process, edit and proofread written business documents from marginal notes and outlines or verbal summary (examples include Sales bulletins, price books, sales manuals, dealer letters, company/dealer forms, policies/procedures, confidential reports, etc.
).
Create, maintain, and distribute assigned spreadsheets, company forms, databases, charts, graphs, PowerPoint presentations and technical reports to support Sales and Dealer Development efforts.
Perform customer service function by assisting dealers, Regional and Territory Managers or other employees with dealer and sales information.
Participate in the Company s team process to develop and improve dealer development processes and procedures, as well as tools to be used by dealers and KNA employees.
Continually strive to find better ways to complete tasks and be the best in the industry.
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion and conform to all quality and safety procedures.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducation and/or Experience - A bachelor s degree in business, marketing, economics, or administration; knowledge of the agricultural industry is preferred.
Advanced application knowledge and experience in word processing (Word), spreadsheet applications (Excel), presentation software (PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Internet, mapping tools, survey tools, and e-mail is required.
Experience/knowledge of database management software is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
